1973-1978 Corvettes from the factory had round case mufflers, which can be seen below your rear valance or bumper. From 1979-1982, GM went back to an oval case muffler, similar to what was used in 1963-1972. These mufflers were tucked up under the car and were not visible under your bumper." We call these "Hideaway.
Hangers and tips are not included (the tip is part of the muffler on 1974's). Exhaust system components are made from 14 gauge (.070) aluminized pipes.
