Front Fender to Radiator Support Bars for 1970-1981 Chevrolet Camaro are engineered to stiffen the front-end structure, secure the fenders to the radiator support, and restore factory panel alignment. These braces reduce flex and vibration, improve gap consistency between fender and hood, and protect sheetmetal during driving and restoration work. Built from heavy-gauge steel with a corrosion-resistant finish, the bars provide a durable, dependable solution for restorations, collision repairs, or performance builds and install with basic hand tools for a reliable bolt-on upgrade.

Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30-90 minutes
Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface, set parking brake, and raise the front end on jack stands or use a lift. Ensure the engine is cool and wear safety gear.
- Remove any inner fender liners, splash shields, or obstructions that block access between the fender and radiator support.
- Test-fit the support bars by positioning them between the fender apron and the radiator support. Align mounting holes with factory weldnuts or existing holes.
- Insert the supplied bolts and hardware and thread them in by hand. Do not fully tighten until all fasteners are started and alignment is confirmed.
- Adjust the bars to achieve desired fender-to-hood gaps and even panel alignment. Once positioned, tighten fasteners evenly and progressively.
- Torque all fasteners to vehicle manufacturer specifications where available; if specs are not available, tighten securely without over-torquing. Reinstall any removed liners or shields.
- Lower the vehicle, inspect fitment and gaps, and take a short test drive to confirm elimination of vibration or flex. Recheck fastener tightness after initial road test.
