It seems the designers, failed to realize that any cargo thrown into the trunk, with the soft top retracted, could cause damage to the convertible top. The trunk curtain is made of a durable medium gauge vinyl contoured to fit this application separating any cargo from the convertible top. A 1/2 inch strip of Velcro (hook) tape is stitched across the entire upper edge of the curtain. Four Velcro (loop) strips with adhesive backing are provided to attach strategically to the inside 1 inch facing lip of the trunk. This allows for easy installation and removal.
