Molded from durable, high-temperature elastomer, it provides OEM-style fit and long-lasting reliability — ideal for restorations, brake service, or preventive maintenance. Easy to install and restores proper booster sealing for dependable brake performance.

Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 15-60 minutes
Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground, set parking brake, and disconnect the negative battery cable for safety.
- If needed for access, remove or loosen the master cylinder mounting bolts and carefully move the master cylinder aside without disconnecting hydraulic lines (support with a block or strap).
- From the engine bay, disconnect the vacuum hose from the brake booster and label any vacuum or electrical connections.
- Support the brake booster from the engine side or inside the cabin to prevent sudden movement.
- Remove the nuts securing the booster to the firewall (inside the vehicle) and pull the booster forward enough to access the old gasket.
- Remove the old gasket and thoroughly clean the booster flange and firewall sealing surface; remove old gasket material and dirt.
- Position the new gasket on the firewall or booster flange (per original orientation) and align the bolt holes.
- Reinstall the booster onto the firewall, hand-start the mounting nuts, then torque to factory specifications.
- Reconnect the vacuum hose and any electrical connections, reposition or reattach the master cylinder if moved, and reconnect the negative battery cable.
- Start the vehicle and check for proper brake pedal operation and vacuum leaks. Test drive carefully and re-torque fasteners if necessary.
