This 4-piece beltline molding kit includes inner and outer left- and right-hand trim pieces (inner/outer) designed to restore the vehicle's beltline appearance and secure the edge where glass meets bodywork. Sold as a complete left/right set, the kit replaces worn, cracked, or missing moldings to protect the paint, reduce wind noise and water intrusion, and provide correct alignment for window run channels. Constructed from durable, corrosion-resistant materials with factory-style fit and finish, the kit offers reliable long-term performance and straightforward installation for compatible vehicles — verify fit using the part number WFK 1110 60 A.
Features:
- Replaces inner and outer beltline moldings — left and right, 4-piece kit (WFK 1110 60 A); verify fit for your vehicle
- Restores and secures the beltline where the window meets the body to reduce wind noise and prevent water intrusion
- Durable, corrosion-resistant material designed for long-lasting exterior protection and OEM-style appearance
- Complete set simplifies restoration or replacement projects — includes both sides and inner/outer pieces
- Designed for ease of installation with existing mounting locations; can use factory clips or adhesive as required
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30-60 minutes
Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface, engage parking brake, and lower the windows slightly (if applicable) to access the beltline area.
- Use masking tape above the molding to protect paint and glass edges while removing the old molding.
- Carefully pry off the old molding using a plastic trim removal tool; remove any fasteners or screws and retain hardware if reusable.
- If clips are present, remove and inspect them; replace any broken clips with new ones before installing the new molding.
- Clean the mounting surface thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol or panel cleaner to remove dirt, grease, and old adhesive residue; allow to dry.
- Test-fit each new molding piece to ensure correct orientation and alignment (inner/outer, left/right).
- If the molding uses clips: align the molding with the mounting holes and press firmly until clips snap into place. If adhesive is required: apply a thin bead of recommended adhesive/sealant to the channel, position the molding, and press firmly.
- Reinstall any retained screws or fasteners and check that the molding sits flush along the beltline without gaps or lifting.
- Clean the installed moldings and remove masking tape. Allow adhesive/sealant to cure per manufacturer recommendations before exposing to water or high-speed driving.
- Perform a final inspection for fit, finish, and secure attachment; test window operation to ensure there is no interference.
