Features of Vinyl Tops Our original equipment vinyl tops for 1998-2004 Corvettes are made of butyl rubber, single textured vinyl. They have a black inner lining that feels like cloth. Included with your new convertible top is a kit to prevent pinching of the top between the B pillar and the 5 row. This kit includes ten (10) rivets and a set of side assist straps plus an installation guide.
