Installation / Application:

Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground, set parking brake and disconnect the negative battery terminal to avoid electrical issues.
- Remove outer trim or bezel around the headlamp as needed using trim tool and screwdrivers; keep fasteners organized.
- Unbolt and carefully pull the headlamp assembly forward enough to access the old seal (remove bulbs or connectors if necessary for clearance).
- Peel off the old seal and remove any remaining adhesive or debris. Clean mating surfaces with isopropyl alcohol and a clean cloth; allow to dry.
- Test-fit the new seal (right-hand) around the headlamp flange to confirm orientation and alignment of locating tabs.
- If required, apply a thin bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the mounting surface (follow adhesive manufacturer instructions).
- Press the new seal firmly into place, working around the entire perimeter to ensure full seating and engagement of any locating features.
- Reinstall the headlamp assembly, reconnect bulbs/connectors, and secure all fasteners and trim pieces.
- Reconnect the negative battery terminal, test headlamp operation and alignment, and inspect the seal for gaps or misalignment.
