Features:

  • Precision-formed panel designed to match original exterior contours and mounting points.
  • Supplied with a factory-style primed surface to resist corrosion and speed prep work.
  • Replaces damaged or rusted front fenders to restore structural fit and appearance.
  • Direct-fit design minimizes modification and reduces installation time.
  • Ideal for restorations, collision repair, or upgrading worn sheet metal.
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 3/5
  • Estimated time: 2–3 hours (plus paint and finish time)
Suggested Tools:
  • Ratchet and socket set
  • Phillips and flathead screwdrivers
  • Trim removal tool
  • Jack and jack stands or lift
  • Panel alignment tool or pry bars
  • Torque wrench
  • Sandpaper and paint supplies
  • Seam sealer and applicator
Instructions:
  1. Prepare vehicle: park on level surface, disconnect the battery, and lift/support the vehicle if needed.
  2. Remove adjacent components: take off the wheel, trim pieces, splash shield, headlight/grille or bumper fasteners as required to access fender bolts.
  3. Unbolt the old fender: remove fasteners along the hood hinge, door jamb, bumper area, and inner fender mounts. Keep track of hardware.
  4. Carefully remove the damaged fender from the vehicle, noting any clips or alignment tabs to be reused.
  5. Clean and inspect mounting surfaces: remove rust, old sealant, and paint to ensure a flat mating surface.
  6. Test-fit the replacement fender: position the new panel and check gaps at the hood, door, and bumper for proper alignment.
  7. Adjust and secure: make incremental adjustments to achieve even gaps, then tighten bolts to factory torque specs.
  8. Seal and finish: apply seam sealer where needed, prime any bare edges, and proceed with paint and clearcoat per finish requirements.
  9. Reinstall removed components: reinstall splash shield, trim, headlights/grille, wheel, and lower vehicle. Reconnect the battery and verify fitment and panel gaps.
