This windshield washer jar filter is designed for a wide range of GM vehicles including 1962-1969 Chevrolet Corvair, 1962-1979 GM X-Body models such as Chevy II, Nova, Ventura, Omega, Apollo, and Skylark, and 1967-1981 GM F-Body models including Camaro and Firebird. It also fits 1964-1977 Chevrolet Chevelle, El Camino, Monte Carlo, and GMC Sprint A-Body vehicles, as well as 1963-1982 Chevrolet Corvette models equipped without air conditioning or big block engines. Additional applications include 1962-1990 full-size Chevrolet B-Body vehicles such as Biscayne, Bel Air, Impala, and Caprice, along with 1962-1986 Chevrolet and GMC C/K pickup, Blazer, Jimmy, and Suburban trucks and 1987-1991 R/V series trucks and utilities. Installed inside the windshield washer fluid reservoir, this filter helps prevent debris from entering the washer pump and spray system. Each time a prototype body panel comes off of a new tooling, we test fit it on a car. The marked up prototype is then used to change and improve the tools, and a new prototype is produced. This procedure might be repeated multiple times but, once the part is finally approved, you can be assured of a quality part.
