Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface and disconnect the battery to prevent accidental wiper activation.
- Remove the windshield wiper arms and the wiper motor assembly per vehicle service procedures to gain access to the mounting holes.
- Remove existing well nuts or grommets. Apply penetrating oil if fasteners are corroded and clean mounting holes of debris and old rubber.
- Insert each new rubber well nut into its corresponding mounting hole from the firewall side, pushing the rubber flange flush with the hole.
- Position the wiper motor assembly and line up the mounting studs with the new well nuts.
- Insert the motor mounting bolts through the motor flange into the well nuts and tighten evenly. Tighten until the rubber sleeve expands and holds firmly—do not over-tighten (snug to moderate torque).
- Reinstall the wiper arms, reconnect the battery, and test wiper operation for secure mounting and proper function.
- If any fitment or alignment issues remain, loosen fasteners, reposition, and retighten as needed.
