The Jeep Wrangler YJ console is our newest HumpHugger design. It is fully upholstered and packed with the latest features for both on and off the road. As with all HumpHugger consoles, the YJ version has a contoured bottom that allows a perfect fit between the seats and securely rests on the transmission tunnel (the “Hump").
The exceptional quality and convenient features built into this console bring a whole new dimension to the off-road driving experience. For starters, the padded armrest is plenty big enough to share between driver and front-seat passenger. And within easy reach of the armrest are two large drink holders. You also have the option to upgrade the large drink holders to our new Mega size drink holders. This will allow maximum versatility in securing your beverages.
Continuing with the healthy list of features, a huge storage compartment resides just under the hinged armrest. Also, there is a USB* charging port and CB** radio slot located below the drink holders on the front panel. And finally, the bonus feature, a concealed compartment hidden below the drink holders. To access, simply pull up on the front face of the drink holders.

This console will also work on Jeep CJ models with YJ seats installed. If you have aftermarket seats, this console may not fit properly. Check console dimensions listed in the Specification tab (Spec).

Installation is fast and easy!
No tools needed, no permanent changes to your interior*. This consoles slides down between the OE bucket seats and rests on the transmission tunnel.
USB Port – The USB port comes with 20″ fused, wire pigtails for ease of installation. We encourage you to seek a professional, qualified mechanic who is familiar with vehicle electrical systems and wiring methods to connect the USB to a proper power source.
CB Compartment – The CB radio compartment is just that, a compartment. The purchase of this console does not include a CB radio, rather it allows you the option to install your own CB radio. The CB radio compartment is located on the front face of the console, below the USB port. The compartment is 5.00″ wide x 2.125″ high x 8.50″ deep.
* In order for the USB port to work safely and properly, it will involve wiring to a DC electrical source within the vehicle.
The drink holders in our consoles are made from durable, long-lasting polymers that will provide many, many years of functionality while retaining the striking appearance you expect from Classic Consoles. All drink holders come standard with a black finish around the top rim. The top rim is the area of the drink holder predominately seen when the console is installed in your vehicle so we offer you the option of four additional distinct colors & finishes to customize your console or match the existing trim package of your vehicle’s interior.
Our large-sized drink holders are included with this console, they accommodate virtually all types of soda & energy drink cans, most plastic water bottles and larger coffee cups. The bottom half of our large drink holders have a unique step down shape to allow smaller drink containers a secure hold while the upper half is large enough to hold bigger beverages with larger diameters.
You also have an option to upgrade the Large Drink Holders in this console to our brand new Mega Drink Holder. The Mega Drink holder is specifically designed to hold large, insulated beverage containers by maintaining a wide diameter from top to bottom and does not “step down" like the Large Drink Holder. We built the Mega Drink Holder as a special request from many of our great customers who wanted a better fitting drink holder for their large insulated mugs, like many of the Yeti styles.
