This 61 minute long DVD will help any hobbyist with the rebuilding of their Model A Ford Differential.
It is divided into two parts:
Part One discusses disassembly of the Model A differential.
Part Two goes through reassembly of your unit and includes instructions how to establish proper 'preload' for the pinion, and the mating of the pinion and ring gear.
These DVDs are produced by the Diablo A's Model A Ford Club of America chapter in Concord, California. Among its members there are two MAFCA judges who know the ins & outs of the Model A from a technical standpoint, not just a visual one. The club holds instructional seminars on a regular basis and videos them, so the information can be shared with other clubs and owners in the hobby they hold so dear.
