Original style capped stud and clip nut designed to protect the owner from accidently cutting hands when reaching into areas like the trunk where the rear panel and quarter molding clips could cause harm. Most commonly used for rear quarter panel, rear deck lid, rear door peak and rear panel moldings on various 1960-1967 GM models. Attaches to the molding clip studs inside of the trunk area. Replaces GM# 4837002, use as needed.
