Reproduction of the original starter solenoid heat shield designed for use with various 1964-77 Buick, Chevrolet, Pontiac, and Oldsmobile Pontiac models. This solenoid heat shield is manufactured in a two-piece riveted waffle design providing superior thermal protection for starter solenoids on various models throughout the GM line. Solenoid is designed for starters that mount on the driver side. Note: Not for use on Pontiac models with Ram Air exhaust manifolds.
