Reproduction of the original upper Ram Air filter retaining ring designed for use with 1969 Pontiac Firebird and Trans Am models with Ram Air hood. Each retaining ring is manufactured in quality stamped steel to original factory specifications offering an authentic appearance and fit. Most people don't realize the air filter mounts up in the hood pan. This is the retaining ring that screws the upper pan to hold the air filter up to the pan.
