Reproduction of the original torsion bar crossmember designed for use with 1970 Dodge and Plymouth E Body models. This replacement torsion bar crossmember manufactured in quality stamped steel replicating the original crossmember in fitment and design. The crossmember runs under the floor pan from side to side and anchors the rear of the front torsion bars. Comes with black EDP coating for rust and corrosion prevention. Note: This crossmember is a reproduction of the 1970 model E-Body version but will fit in both 1971-72 E-Body and B-Body cars with a minor modification to the area where the emergency brake attaches. Will fit on 1973-74 E-Bodies but the 1970-72 style transmission bracket must be used.
