Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 30-45 minutes per door
Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground, disconnect battery if needed, and lower the window glass to a comfortable working position.
- Remove interior door panel and any trim necessary to access the glass run channel and regulator (retain fasteners).
- Carefully detach the window from the regulator if needed and move the glass to expose the old channel.
- Remove the old glass run channel by prying up retainers/clips and sliding the channel out of its mounting groove.

- Test-fit the new GRB 1210 68 channel to ensure proper orientation for left or right hand fitment.
- Apply silicone lubricant or soapy water to the sealing surface, align the new channel in the mounting groove, and press into place. Reinstall any clips or fasteners; use a rubber mallet gently if needed to seat the channel.
- Reinstall the window onto the regulator, confirm smooth up/down operation and proper sealing, then reassemble the door panel and trim.
