Installation / Application:

Instructions:
- Park on a flat surface and work in a shaded area to avoid adhesive softening from heat.
- Carefully pry the windshield molding away from the channel using a plastic trim tool or a wrapped flathead to avoid scratching the paint or glass.
- Remove any old or broken clips from the molding and the vehicle channel. Use needle-nose or clip pliers as needed.
- Clean the mounting channel and molding edge with rubbing alcohol and a clean cloth to remove dirt, old adhesive, and grease. Allow to dry.
- Inspect the new clips and orient them so the retention barb faces the proper direction to engage the channel.
- Install new clips onto the molding or directly into the channel depending on clip style — push each clip firmly until it snaps in place.
- Align the molding with the windshield edge and press evenly along its length so each clip seats into the channel. You may hear a distinct snap when clips engage.
- Check the molding for uniform gaps and secure fit; gently tug at several points to ensure clips are fully retained.
- Trim or replace any damaged molding sections as needed and repeat the process on the opposite side if applicable.
- Allow any adhesive or sealant you used (if applicable) to cure per manufacturer instructions before driving.
