Instructions:
- Prepare vehicle: park on level surface, disconnect battery, and support the truck on jack stands or lift for safe access to the floor perimeter.

- Test-fit the new floor and perimeter brackets in their approximate locations to confirm alignment and identify any clearance issues.
- Mark bracket mounting locations on the perimeter flange and floor using a marker or scribe; use a center punch where pilot holes will be drilled.
- If required, drill pilot holes through the floor or perimeter flange to match the bracket fastener pattern; deburr all holes after drilling.
- Position brackets and install the supplied fasteners (bolts, washers and nuts). Hand-start all fasteners to ensure correct alignment before final tightening.
- Torque fasteners to a moderate, even specification (consult vehicle or floor manufacturer specs if available) to avoid distortion—recheck alignment as you tighten.
- Inspect the installation for secure fitment, ensure no fasteners are loose, and verify the floor is free of movement or gaps. Reinstall any removed trim, reconnect the battery, and test drive to confirm elimination of rattles.
