Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5

Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground, engage parking brake and disconnect the negative battery terminal.
- Raise the vehicle and secure on jack stands; remove the wheel on the work side to access the wheelwell.
- Remove splash shield, wheel well liner, and any components attached to the inner fender (lights, brake lines brackets) to expose fasteners.
- Carefully remove bolts, screws or rivets securing the old inner fender and detach the panel. Note hardware for reuse or replace as needed.
- Clean mating surfaces and surrounding metal; remove rust and old sealant. Treat exposed metal with rust inhibitor or primer.
- Test-fit the new inner fender, aligning factory mounting holes and ensuring proper gap and fit with the outer fender and frame.
- Secure the inner fender with original or supplied fasteners, starting threads by hand; tighten progressively and torque to factory specs where available.
- Apply seam sealer along mating edges and any exposed seams, then allow to cure. Apply undercoating or finish coat as desired for corrosion protection.
- Reinstall splash shield, wheel liner and any removed components, remount the wheel, lower the vehicle and torque lug nuts to spec.
- Reconnect the battery, perform a final inspection for proper alignment and secure fit, and test for any interference while turning the steering.
