Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground, set parking brake and disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent shorts.
- Locate the exterior light assemblies to be replaced (front markers/parking, turn signals, license, side markers) and remove retaining screws or fasteners using the appropriate screwdriver or socket.
- Carefully remove the old lens/housing assembly and unplug the wiring socket. Note orientation and hardware locations for reassembly.
- Inspect the wiring harness and clean socket contacts with electrical contact cleaner. Replace any damaged clips or connectors before installing new parts.
- Install new sockets/bulbs into the supplied housings or lenses. Apply a light coating of dielectric grease to terminals to prevent corrosion and improve conductivity.
- Position the new gasket/seal (if included) and fit the new lens/housing into the vehicle. Seat it fully and secure with the original or supplied mounting hardware.
- Reconnect the wiring socket and temporarily reconnect the battery to test all light functions (parking, turn, brake, reverse, license) before final torque.
- Verify alignment and sealing, tighten fasteners to a snug fit (do not overtighten plastic housings), reinstall any trim pieces, and perform a final functional check.
- Dispose of old components and packaging responsibly.
