Instructions:

- Cut out the rusted or damaged section, following factory seams where possible. Remove spot welds with a spot weld cutter or drill.
- Prepare mating surfaces by grinding to clean metal, removing rust, paint, and debris. Apply corrosion inhibitor to cleaned areas.
- Test-fit the replacement cab corner, trimming or aligning as necessary to achieve correct fit and panel gaps.
- Clamp the panel in place and tack-weld at multiple points to maintain alignment. Re-check fitment and adjust as needed.
- Complete welds in short runs to minimize heat distortion, allowing cooling between passes. Grind welds smooth and blend to surrounding metal where appropriate.
- Apply seam sealer to welded seams and joints to restore watertight protection. Prime bare metal and finish with paint to match vehicle.
- Reinstall any removed components and inspect final fitment. Perform a final corrosion protection treatment on the backside and seams if accessible.
