QA1's Proma Star coilovers are perfect for a wide range of applications, including custom chassis and suspension setups where direct-fit options aren't available. Double-adjustable valving provides a significant upgrade in ride quality and performance. The included hardware kit allows for quick and easy ride height adjustment to dial in the perfect stance for your car. Just add a 2.5" diameter spring with the appropriate spring rate and length to complete the assembly.
DIAL IN THE PERFECT STANCE
Achieving the perfect, level stance is critical for the overall look and appearance of your car. Proma Star shocks offer ride height adjustability, allowing you to dial in the perfect stance for your Hot Rod, Restomod, or Custom Build. Adjustments can be made with a simple turn of the spring seat nut.
Double-adjustable coilovers are ideal for drivers looking for great performance on the street or track. Independent tuning of rebound and compression allows you to fine-tune the handling or straight-line performance of your vehicle for any driving condition. By simply accessing the 18-position knobs, you can make on-the-car adjustments no matter where you are.
Proma Star Shocks are offered with either bearing mounts or polyurethane mounts.
Bearing mount shocks minimize deflection and work well for misaligned mounts. They are ideal for situations where precise handling is required. These accept ½ inch diameter bolts and are 1 inch wide.
Shocks with poly bushings reduce noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) making them a good choice for street-driven vehicles. They offer better comfort by absorbing feedback from the road surface. These come with 1/2” and 5/8” diameter sleeves and are 1 1/4" wide.
Other mounting styles are available (sold separately) for T-Bar and stud-mount applications. Extended eyelets can also be used.
