Instructions:
- Park on level ground and engage the parking brake. If necessary, support the vehicle with jack stands for easier access.
- Remove existing bumper guards or trim: loosen and remove mounting screws/bolts. Apply rust penetrant if hardware is corroded.
- Clean the mounting area thoroughly with a degreaser and cloth to remove dirt, grease, and old adhesive residues.
- Test-fit each replacement guard to ensure proper alignment and orientation before final installation.
- Install guards using the supplied hardware. Start bolts by hand to avoid cross-threading and align all pieces.
- Tighten mounting hardware evenly. If specified fastener torque is known, use a torque wrench to secure to recommended values.
- Re-check alignment and clearances. Make any small adjustments so guards sit flush with the bumper surface.
- Clean the installed guards and surrounding bumper area. Dispose of old parts and packaging properly.
