Instructions:
- Park on level ground, open the fuel door and support the old flap if needed.

- Position the new flap on the hinge and loosely install mounting screws or bolts to allow adjustment.
- Close the flap gently and check alignment with the body; adjust hinge position until gaps and flushness match the surrounding panel.
- Tighten mounting hardware securely, reconnect springs or clips, and test operation several times.
