This 10-piece door weatherstrip seal kit includes glassruns, beltlines and door seals for left and right doors and is designed for 1967 vehicles (verify fitment for your specific make and model). Its primary purpose is to restore proper door sealing — preventing water intrusion, reducing wind noise, protecting interior trim and improving window alignment. Made from durable, weather-resistant materials and engineered to match factory profiles, the kit is ideal for restoration projects and routine maintenance where worn or missing seals compromise comfort and protection.
Features:
- Fits select 1967 vehicles — 10-piece kit covers left and right doors; verify fitment for your make/model before ordering.
- Complete set includes glassruns, beltline inserts and door seals for a full door sealing restoration.
- Made from durable, weather- and UV-resistant rubber with corrosion-resistant channels for long service life.
- Restores factory fitment to reduce wind noise, prevent water leaks and protect interior upholstery.
- Easy to trim and install with common hand tools; designed for direct replacement of worn seals.
- Ideal for classic car restoration or routine maintenance to improve door function and cabin comfort.
Installation / Application:
- Difficulty: 2/5
- Estimated time: 1–2 hours per door (2–4 hours total for both doors)
Instructions:
- Remove the interior door panel and any trim necessary to access the glass run channels and beltline.
- Carefully lower the window (or remove glass if necessary) and remove the old weatherstripping, clips, and adhesive residue.
- Clean the door frame and channels with isopropyl alcohol or an appropriate cleaner; allow to dry completely.
- Test-fit new glassruns, beltline, and door seals to confirm orientation and required trimming.
- Install the new glass run channels: seat the bottom of the channel into the door channel, then work the top into place, ensuring the channel follows the factory path.
- Fit the beltline insert and door seals into their mounting grooves or fastener locations; use supplied clips or original hardware where applicable.
- Apply weatherstrip adhesive sparingly only where specified or where original design requires it; allow adhesive to tack per manufacturer instructions.
- Reinstall the window and operate it to confirm smooth travel and proper sealing; adjust positions if necessary.
- Reinstall trim and the interior door panel, checking that all fasteners and clips are secure.
- Perform a final inspection and a water test (hose) or drive test to verify elimination of leaks and wind noise.
