Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface and open the door to be serviced.
- Remove the old weatherstrip by gently prying it out of the door channel with a plastic trim tool; cut through any adhesive if necessary.
- Clean the mating surfaces and channel thoroughly with rubbing alcohol or adhesive remover; allow to dry completely.
- Test-fit the new left and right seals into the channel to confirm orientation and length. Trim excess material if needed for a precise fit.
- If adhesive is recommended or required, apply a thin, even bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the channel or seal per the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
- Seat the new seal into the channel firmly, starting at one end and working to the other to avoid gaps or wrinkles. Use masking tape or spring clamps to hold the seal in place if needed.
