Instructions:
- Park vehicle on a level surface and remove the T-top panels per vehicle manual to access the side channels (if applicable).
- Carefully pry out the old weatherstrip using a trim tool or flat screwdriver, taking care not to damage the roof channel or paint.
- Clean the channel thoroughly with isopropyl alcohol and a clean rag to remove old adhesive, dirt and residue. Allow to dry.
- Dry-fit the new left and right seals into the channel to verify orientation and length. Trim any excess with a utility knife if needed.
- If adhesive is recommended, apply a thin bead of weatherstrip adhesive to the channel or back of the seal following the adhesive manufacturer’s instructions.
- Press the seal firmly into the channel starting at one end and working toward the other, using a rubber roller or your fingers to ensure full seating and a continuous seal.
- Secure ends with masking tape or clamps until adhesive sets (if adhesive used). Wipe away any excess adhesive immediately.
- Reinstall T-top panels and test for leaks and wind noise. Allow adhesive to cure fully before driving aggressively or exposing to heavy weather.
