A precision-molded glass run channel (GRB 1110 67) engineered for left- or right-hand door window applications on 1967 vehicles that use the GRB 1110 profile. This channel guides and seals the door glass, preventing water intrusion, reducing wind noise, and protecting interior trim and paint from glass wear. Constructed from durable EPDM rubber over a formed steel carrier, it restores correct window alignment and smooth operation—ideal for classic car restoration or replacement of worn, cracked, or flattened channels. Verify vehicle-specific fitment prior to purchase.
Features:
  • Fits 1967 applications using the GRB 1110 left or right hand glass run channel (verify specific make/model fitment).
  • Precision-molded EPDM rubber with a formed steel carrier for strength and shape retention.
  • Seals and guides the window to reduce wind noise, leaks, and glass rattle.
  • Direct replacement designed to restore original window alignment and smooth operation.
  • Resistant to UV, ozone, and temperature variations for long service life.
  • Ideal for classic car restoration, repair, and replacement of deteriorated glass runs.
Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 3/5
  • Estimated time: 45–90 minutes per door
Suggested Tools:
  • Phillips & flathead screwdrivers
  • Trim removal tool or panel clip pliers
  • Ratchet and socket set
  • Utility knife or scissors (for trimming if required)
  • Adhesive remover & clean cloths
  • Rubber lubricant or soapy water
  • Vacuum (to remove debris)
  • Work gloves
Instructions:
  1. Park vehicle on level ground, disconnect battery if required by door electronics, and lower the window partially for access.
  2. Remove interior door panel and any related trim or vapor barrier to expose the window channel and glass—retain fasteners and clips.
  3. Carefully lower or raise the glass to access the top of the old channel; support the glass with tape or a helper as needed.
  4. Unfasten any screws or clips holding the old glass run channel; slide or pry the old channel out of the door frame, taking care not to scratch glass or paint.
  5. Thoroughly clean the channel seating area inside the door of adhesive residue, dirt, and rust; vacuum out debris.
  6. Test-fit the new GRB 1110 67 channel on the door to confirm orientation (left vs. right) and length. Trim excess length only if absolutely necessary, following original profile.
  7. Lubricate the new channel lightly with rubber lubricant or soapy water to ease installation and window movement.
  8. Insert the new channel into the door opening, engaging the inner retention lip first and working the profile into place along the full length.
  9. Carefully guide the glass back into the new channel, ensuring it seats squarely and tracks smoothly without binding.
  10. Reinstall any channel clips, screws, and the vapor barrier; test window operation several times to confirm smooth travel and proper sealing.
  11. Reassemble the door panel and trim, replace any fasteners, and do a final check for leaks and wind noise. Make minor adjustments if required.
