Instructions:
- Ensure the cold knife tool is powered off and disconnected from power or air supply before beginning.
- Don safety glasses and cut-resistant gloves to protect hands and eyes.
- Locate the blade-retaining fastener or clamp on the tool and loosen or remove it using the correct driver.
- Carefully remove the old blade, keeping hands clear of the cutting edge.
- Position the new 1-1/2" Wizard blade into the blade holder with the cutting edge oriented the same way the previous blade was installed.
- Reinstall and tighten the blade-retaining fastener or clamp. Tighten securely but avoid over-torquing; follow the tool manufacturer's recommended torque if available.
- Wipe any debris from the tool, reconnect power or air, and perform a short test cut on scrap material to verify blade alignment and cutting performance.
- If the blade is misaligned or binding, power off and repeat adjustment steps until correct.
