Installation / Application:

Instructions:
- Park vehicle on level ground and roll up the window. Remove any obstructions and lower the door glass only if required by the procedure.
- Carefully remove the interior door panel: pry off trim clips with a panel tool, remove screws and disconnect electrical connectors (speakers, switches) as needed.
- Peel back the moisture barrier to access the inner door shell and locate the existing door hardware (hinges, striker or latch components included in the kit).
- Support the door if replacing hinge hardware. Remove bolts securing the old hardware, keeping track of any washers or spacers for reuse or replacement.
- Compare old components to the new kit to ensure correct parts and orientation. Clean mating surfaces and apply a light lubricant to moving parts where appropriate.
- Install the new tempered hardware: hand-thread bolts first to ensure proper alignment, then tighten evenly. Final torque to vehicle manufacturer specifications where available.
- Cycle the door several times and check alignment, latch engagement and gaps. Make minor adjustments as needed before fully torquing fasteners.
- Reinstall the moisture barrier, reconnect electrical connectors, and refit the interior door panel. Test door operation (open/close, lock/unlock) to confirm proper installation.
