  • Direct-fit replacement for original lower control arm bushing assemblies.
  • Durable elastomer construction reduces vibration and restores suspension alignment.
  • Includes corrosion-resistant inner sleeve for secure fastening and long life.

Installation / Application:
  • Difficulty: 3/5
  • Estimated time: 60-120 minutes
Suggested Tools:
  • Floor jack and jack stands
  • Socket set and wrenches
  • Breaker bar
  • Hammer and punch
  • Pry bar
  • Bushing press or C-clamp with appropriate sockets
  • Penetrating oil
  • Torque wrench
Instructions:
  1. Park on level ground, engage parking brake, loosen lug nuts on front wheels.
  2. Raise the vehicle with a floor jack and secure on jack stands; remove the front wheel.
  3. Apply penetrating oil to control arm fasteners; remove bolts securing the control arm to the frame and steering knuckle.
  4. Lower or remove the control arm from the vehicle and clean mounting bores of dirt and corrosion.
  5. Use a bushing press or appropriate sized sockets and a C-clamp to press out the old bushing. If necessary, use a hammer and punch carefully to start removal.
  6. Inspect the control arm bore for damage; clean and prep the area before installing the new bushing.
  7. Align the new bushing and press it into the control arm bore using the press or C-clamp until fully seated. Ensure the inner sleeve is oriented correctly.
  8. Reinstall the control arm, hand-tighten mounting bolts, and torque to manufacturer specifications with a torque wrench.
  9. Reinstall the wheel, lower the vehicle, and perform final torque checks on all fasteners. Test drive at low speed to confirm proper alignment and handling.
